GALLIVANT Picks Up A Pure Beauty Global Award

GALLIVANT, an indie perfume brand from London, recently won the “Best Niche Fragrance 2020″ category for their ‘Los Angeles’ perfume at the Pure Beauty Global Awards.

Nick Steward started GALLIVANT in 2017 because he had a desire for “personal and creative freedom.” The brand prides themselves on being an ethical and sustainable independent artisan business and it’s easy to see why, when their perfume is vegan, cruelty-free and handmade in the UK and France.

The collection of eight fragrances – all unisex Eau de Parfum – are inspired by Amsterdam, Berlin, Brooklyn, Istanbul, London, Los Angeles, Tel Aviv and Tokyo – unique and interesting places with stories to tell.

Nick Steward has two decades of hands-on experience in perfumery and was the product and creative director of the pioneering niche house L’Artisan Parfumeur.

“I’m focused on the craft and the materials. I’m not interested in chasing trends. What the brand stands for is timelessness and deceptively simple quality. Our aesthetic is chic and minimalist – less is more – the fragrances can speak for themselves. Above all, I want perfume to feel personal and pleasurable again.”
