Nutcessity Launches Peanut-Free, Natural, Chocolate Hazelnut Spread

Nutcessity chocolate 'Haz Braz' organic nut butter

South West startup, Nutcessity, has launched a natural, peanut-free, chocolate hazelnut spread.

Blended in the UK, with wholesome ingredients, Haz Braz is the 5th product launched in the Nutcessity range.

Sticking to a natural and organic recipe, it is made from hazelnuts, brazil nuts, cacao, and coconut without milk powder, added sugar or preservatives. A 100g pot contains only 7.3g of unrefined sugar. It’s high in fibre, a good source of protein, and is naturally dairy and palm oil free.

Due to the Founding Director, Mike Duckworth’s peanut allergy, all Nutcessity products are made in a peanut-free facility in England.

“Organic September was the right time to release our take on a chocolate hazelnut spread, given the lead up to Christmas, the demand for organic food and drink and with parents looking for healthier options for their younger ones as they head back to school.”

When asked what it taste like, he said:

“Like a whipped, nutty, coconut-infused, slightly sweet and slightly salted dark chocolate delight, in a jar. That’s what.”
