Doodie Stark Launches Stylish Scarf-Masks, The ‘Doodiescarf.’
Independent women’s fashion boutique, Doodie Stark launches its’ first collection of scarf-masks, the ‘doodiescarf.’
With mask-wearing becoming a long-haul prospect, Doodie Stark has come up with a unique and clever scarf-mask design – a stylish scarf with an integrated mask.
Scarf-masks have become the first must-have look of the “new normal,” as seen on everyone from Sarah Jessica Parker to Amber Heard.
Effortless and practical, the doodiescarf collection is available in two prints – Ikat and Animal, and in five different colour-schemes.
Their scarf-masks have good intentions too, not just aesthetic ones. They are doubled layered, include fabric-covered adjustable loops to go over the ears, and come with pockets so you can put your filter in.
Washable and reusable, the doodiescarf also offers an ethical solution to throw-away mask concerns raised by environmental experts.
Doodie Stark has also teamed up with the UK mental health charity, Mind, and will be donating 10% of the net profit from the sale of every scarf mask sold through their website and two retail stores to the charity.
“The coronavirus pandemic will leave a deep and lasting scar on the mental health of millions of young people and adults in this country. Prioritising mental health has never been more critical than it is now,” said Doodie Stark Founder, Liz Jefferson.
Liz Jefferson founded Doodie Stark in 2010 after an illustrious career in the fashion industry, working for fashion designer John Galliano, and at brands including Valentino and French Connection.
The womenswear boutique currently has two stores in Horsham and Lindfield, West Sussex, which stocks brands including Ba&sh, Fabienne Chapot, Suncoo and Air & Grace.
