Mahaah utilises an a-team of doctors, nutritionists, and experts who have combined their expertise in science, technology and medicine – to create a Health Tech Box designed to monitor your own vital signs.
Founded in 2020, Maahah provides a range of complementary, multi-axial holistic approaches, to creatively co-curate unique health visions into bespoke sustainable daily living practices.
Collectively, the team behind the tech has several decades of experience within the medical industry, during which they observed that many of their clients desired bespoke health optimisation – using a holistic approach, leading to the birth of Mahaah.
Mahaa’s Health Tech Box uses smart, sophisticated and fully integrated technology to allow patients to monitor their own key vital signs.
The contents of the box include a bloop pression machine designed as a sleeve, a pulse oximeter to measure oxygen levels, a fitness and sleep tracker and a touchless thermometer, with the box launching officially on the 22nd of February 2021.
Mahaah is powered by 4 women on a mission to make person-centred, evidenced-based healthcare ‘the norm,’ with their Founders having been featured in Women’s Health Magazine, BBC, Channel 4, The Sunday Telegraph Health Innovations Magazine and Channels TV.
Dr Gabrielle Macaulay is one of the four female founders, and with extra training in endocrinology, women’s health and functional medicine, she is passionate about putting out the fire that fuels chronic disease.
Dr Folusha Oluwajana is Mahaah Head of Personal Training and Exercise, with 9 years of experience as a GP in London. She has a First Class BSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine, and is a qualified personal trainer.

Co-founder Dr Gabrielle Macaulay commented: “ Modern medicine can only take us so far in the treatment of chronic disease, so we should aim to put out the fire that fuels this by monitoring our health closely so that our lifestyles can be adapted to suit our personal health profiles. We help people live longer with a younger health status.’
As well as being online, Mahaah has opened a clinic in Notting Hill, providing technology-augmented holistic healthcare with remote access.
