GoBo is the UK’s FIRST EVER AHA-formulated deodorant. The innovative new product eliminates odours, whilst still allowing your body to perspire naturally, – creating a breath of fresh air for your underarms.

Utilising the powerful properties of glycolic acid (which is proving to be quite popular in USA-based deodorant products), – GoBo creates smooth and soft underarms that can sweat naturally without the inconvenience of embarrassing odour.

Glycolic Acid helps to kill bacteria deep in the epidermis, whilst gently exfoliating your skin, as well as removing dead skin cells. The result is a natural ‘deep-clean,’ which helps to eliminate deep, stubborn sweat/grime build-up: perfect for detoxing your underarms from years of heavy deodorant use in order to switch to a more natural, aluminium-free deodorant.

Detoxing your underarms this way, – will help to rid your body of historic and gradual product build-up, which may also contribute towards making the overall smell worse, and: traditional deodorants less effective in use. GoBo can also be used between skin folds and under breasts, – to prevent or neutralise body odour.

The product(s) come with an all-natural formulation that is fragranced with natural floral waters, and is aluminium-free, paraben-free, alcohol-free, and essential oil-free. The unique formulation also provides added benefits for healthy underarms, such as preventing in-growing hairs and painful blocked sweat glands, or pigmentation caused by shaving.

The scents available include: original un-fragranced jasmine, orange blossom and rose.

GoBo was Founded in 2020 by a qualified nutritional therapist, called Laura Lamont, – for whom health has always been an important part of her interest and life. It wasn’t until she was pregnant with her first child, that she started to look at the chemicals used in cosmetic products and lotions, and she was horrified at what she learnt.

The first thing she tried to change was her deodorant, but she was constantly disappointed by the results, and she never managed to find one that worked for her throughout the day. This led to the creation of the GoBo product.

‘I created GoBo by accident, as it was never something I set out to do. One day I decided to try my AHA toner on my underarm to see if it could help with the hyperpigmentation I had, and then I just happened to notice that after 2 days, there was no smell what so ever! I was so excited, that I spent the start of the first lock-down developing my deodorant recipe so I could share it with the world.’
