KeriKit: Luxurious, Practical, Leather Bags For Working Women And Mothers

KeriKit creates luxurious, practical, leather bags for working women and mothers. Each bag contains perfectly-placed pockets, and clever compartments to easily stow away items.

The collection includes slouchy totes, and clever backpacks, – and consists of: mini versions, handy clutches, and new cross body styles, – all with matching accessories, such as business card holders and key chains. The bags also come in either butter soft leather, hard-wearing nylon, or vegan leather. More recently, they’ve added a new type of material to their collection: a ‘croc-effect’ leather.

Their SS21 collection launched just in time for Mother’s Day, with new shapes and shades added, including some new colours, too: putty and vintage blue. Also included within the collection is: backpacks, travel bags, purses and accessories – so there’s something for everyone, and every for situation and need.

When lock-down kicked off last year, KeriKit offered a discount to their customers, – encouraging them to shop online, and their web traffic sky-rocketed by 325%, and their sales increased by 10-fold.

Thanks to the KeriKit community (which they’ve built), customers have grown to love the product for its organisation and style. And consequently, the brand has been thrilled with the response of their customers, and with their 4.9 eco-star rating, – so it’s clear that they’re doing something right.

KeriKit was Founded by a mother and handbag designer, named Keri Jamieson, in 2015. Keri said: ‘Little did I know that having spent last the 4 years trying to get the brand into stores, that not getting into stores would be the making of the business. I’ve been creative by building a KitGirl community, through making videos and telling stories.’

She added: ‘Through this wonderful community, I have been able to grow the business throughout lock-down, and at a time when we really needed to connect more than ever.
