Tranquillity Jewellery Anxiety Rings: Mindfulness Meets Style

Launched in Jan 2020 (just before the COVID-19 outbreak), Tranquillity Jewellery (+ their popular Anxiety Rings) combines mindfulness with contemporary style.

Tranquillity Jewellery’s beautiful sterling silver rings subtly allows the wearer to diffuse daily anxieties, with their discrete movable features. Striking yet soothing, each ring is designed to bring the wearer back to the present moment, and create a sense of calm, – wherever they are.

Since launching, the brand has seen exponential growth, sales and followers. Having personally experienced extreme levels of anxiety, Tranquillity’s Founder Dan Kaminski drew on his background in psychology, and his passion for mindfulness, to create an exciting new brand of spinning rings that allows wearers to feel empowered, and to retain control over the anxieties presented by daily life.

Having always been interested in the mind, Daniel started his career path with a degree in Psychology, swiftly followed by a Masters in Occupational Psychology (focussing on Psychology in the workplace), before joining a fast-paced start-up, only to notice first hand the effect that stress and anxiety can have on people, including himself.

Through much research surrounding body language, various coping mechanisms, and through many conversations with friends and family (as well as the realisation that Daniel was not alone), Tranquillity’s Spinner Rings were born. Seamlessly coupling mindfulness with contemporary style, Tranquillity’s beautiful sterling silver rings subtly allows the wearer to diffuse daily anxieties, with their discrete movable features.

Striking yet soothing, each ring is designed to bring the wearer back to the present moment, wherever they are, – creating a sense of calm.

Aside from their popular Spinning Rings, Tranquillity also has a further six jewellery collections, including a men’s range. This includes the beautiful ‘Balance Collection,’ which is centred around cultivating stillness, self love and restoration. The beautiful green malachite stone which features in this collection, has been used since Egyptian times to protect, and is believed to clean toxins both emotionally and physically of the person wearing it.

“I wanted to create a brand that was all about the community, – that empowers people to overcome the limitations that anxiety had placed on them. The response was insane, and we sold out immediately, and we carried on doing so for the first few months. The best thing about the whole journey so far, is the feedback we’ve received, and how the brand has helped people in more ways than we could ever have imagined,” said Tranquillity’s Founder Dan Kaminski.
