Last year, Doughlicious expanded their mouth-watering portfolio, with TWO brand new launches: ready-to-bake Savoury Biscuits, and Dough-chi.

The Savoury Biscuits (which are best described as a cross between an American biscuit and a British scone) range includes Charcoal, Black Pepper & Miso, Jalapeno, Chilli & Cumin, and Sundried Tomato & Oregano.

The Dough-Chi is a dreamy cookie dough twist on the Japanese dessert, mochi.

Made with natural ingredients, Dough-chi is the ultimate, ready-to-eat sweet fix: it’s an all-natural, frozen snack, and it’s available in six tasty flavours: Blueberry Yoghurt Cheesecake, Chocolate Truffle, Birthday Cake, Coconut, Chocolate Chip and Dulce Du Leche. NOTE: The Chocolate Chip and Chocolate Truffle editions are vegan.

Kathryn Bricken is the Founder behind Doughlicious. Upon bringing her cookie dough concept straight from the US to the UK, Kathryn has created a sweet and savoury ready-to-bake range.

“I am an American-born a mum of three, and now an entrepreneur. I have always had a passion for baking as a way of bringing people together to make magical memories. After moving to London, I became well-known amongst my friends for baking the best American-style cookies, using the finest natural ingredients,” said Kathryn Bricken, the Founder of Doughlicious.

They would often ask me to make extra dough, so that they could bake warm cookies at home. In 2014, I decided to share my recipes with the rest of the UK, and this is how Doughlicious, The London Dough Company, was born,” added Kathryn.
