Dr.PAWPAW Completes The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge For Charity.

The Dr.PAWPAW team has completed The Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge, raising a total of £4669 for their long-running charity partner, the Teenage Cancer Trust.

The team trained months in advance of the hike, which saw them trek 26 miles up and down three of Yorkshire’s peaks, Pen-y-ghent, Ingleborough, and Whernside; walking for a total of 11 hours and 45 minutes, and racking up an impressive 65,000 steps throughout the day.

The lip-care brand famously partnered with Teenage Cancer Trust back in November 2019, and this donation comes in addition to the £50,000 donated in February 2022, and the £6,103 raised by Johnny Paterson – following his grueling London Marathon run; not to mention a further 15p from each sale of the collaborative Dr.PAWPAW X Teenage Cancer Trust Shimmer Balm.

I am so proud of the team for completing this challenge. We all trained so hard to make sure that we completed it,” said Dr.PAWPAW’s Pauline Paterson.

“I want to thank everyone who donated to this amazing cause. Doing this for Teenage Cancer Trust, and knowing that the funds raised were going towards helping young people faced with cancer really did give us that drive to carry on walking and complete this grueling hike,” said Mrs Paterson.
