PiPPiCA: The Bio Circular Fashion Brand, With Gen Z In Mind.

Launched in February 2019, PiPPiCA‘s unique and sustainable range of women’s fashion and interiors – has since expanded – to a brand new collection for Gen Z.

PiPPICA = clothing and footwear that’s made with natural, sustainable, and traditional fabric(s) produced from dried flowers, and ethically sourced ecotan leather – using cutting edge production technology.

The garments are made with longevity in mind, and they’re completely compostable (they don’t require material separation). Their circular model was designed to avoid from the use of chemicals during the manufacturing process, meaning that there is zero harm caused to the planet.

This year, PiPPICA was announced as a finalist at the Drapers Sustainable Fashion Awards, as well as being shortlisted for a Luxury Innovation Award, resulting in an exclusive invitation to exhibit at the Luxury Innovation Summit in Geneva in October 2022.

More recently, PiPPiCA has partnered with Wood Belt, to contribute to a more ethical industry.

This new collaboration between PiPPiCA and Wood Belt is a statement to the rest of the fashion industry. Wood Belt produces unique wooden products within the framework of impact design. Their patented wood buckles are made from wood off-cuts, and they’re crafted by workers in under-served communities.

We motivate the fashion community toward responsible behavior, with our Impact Fashion Style Score and Impact Fashion Pledge,” said Wood Belt’s CEO, Primož Šporar.
