Add A Burst Of Colour To Your Living Space(s), With Pow Pots
Pow Pot was launched by a journalist and editor named Nathalie Gibbins, who felt compelled to launch a business inspired by her passion for patterns and plants.
Launched in 2018, Pow Pots are made from fibre-clay (or concrete). They’re hand-painted in the UK; using eco-friendly, low-VOC paints, – with a matt-and-modern finish.
Prior to launching Pow Pots, Nathalie Gibbins worked as a freelance journalist in London; specialising in health, travel and beauty, for titles including Grazia, Zest, the Daily Mirror, and The Daily Express. She launched Pow Pots after a career break, when she became a mother.
“I found early motherhood tough and tiring, but it gave my brain the break it needed to be creative, and to think about new things. I’ve always wanted to run my own business, and I thought “now is the time to do it,” said Nathalie.
“The UK loves plants. But plant pots were lagging behind, so I set out to change that,” added Nathalie.
Within six months of launching, Nathalie was generating steady sales through her website. Now, the brand is stocked by a whole raft of plant and interior shops throughout the UK.
