Drinks Kitchen: Award Winning, Non Alcoholic British Drinks.

Set up in 2020 by a 52-year-old Alli Briaris (following a career in the drinks’ industry), Drinks Kitchen is Somerset’s delicious, non-alcoholic, premium drink.

Alli Briaris (a beverage expert) launched the brand; following a career in the drinks industry.

Previously, she ran a wine concept store. Not only did she pass her WSETs (The Wine & Spirit Education Trust, – which provides education and qualifications in wines, spirits, and sake), but she also worked in marketing and new concept development for a leading drinks’ business.

Alli has always had a passion for innovation in the drinks world, and she’s brought that passion to Drinks Kitchen.

She first identified the need for a high-quality, non-alcoholic drink (that wasn’t just an alcohol substitute); following her decision to quit drinking alcohol at the beginning of lock-down.

By combining her drinks’ industry knowledge with her love of cooking, Alli has created three core products that form Drinks Kitchen:

Related Products
  • Orange Cinchona,
  • Spiced Rhubarb,
  • And Herb Verde.

The range (which is vegan and gluten free) is made with botanical distillates and extracts, before being blended with sugar; to make a concentrate that is then bottled. Customers can blend the drink with sparkling water at home, – to create a delicious, alcohol-free cocktail.

The products were awarded with Great Taste Awards in 2022: Spiced Rhubarb achieved two gold stars, Herb Verde achieved one gold star, and Orange Cinchona achieved an award for the second year running (2 stars and 1 star).

“The drinks are super adaptable. You can serve them with sparkling water for a simple spritz, with tonic for a bitter twist, non-alcoholic Prosecco, OR you can use them as a base for cocktails. Herb Verde is lovely with cranberry & soda,” said Alli Briaris.
