Refund Policy

At Tessie, we hope you love your purchase as much as we do but if you're unsure, let us know through the Gramersi messaging system.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have up to 14 days after receiving your item to request a full refund (return postage not included).

Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them; unused, unwashed, free of odour and with tags/packaging. Please include your receipt or your name and order number inside your package so that it is evident who it relates to so we can process your refund more efficiently.

If you return all elements but decide to keep the Tessie branded tote bag, a £2.50 deduction will be taken off your refund amount.

All items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned and received by Tessie. Please use a registered service for the return and retain your proof of postage. Tessie is not responsible for items that do not reach us and we are not obliged to provide a refund should an item not arrive.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund should the above criteria not be met.
