How much does shipping cost? All orders less than £30 incurs standard shipping rate of £3.99. Free shipping is included for all UK orders £30 and over. For outside the UK, a flat rate of £10 shipping is added at the checkout where ever you are located.

Can I change or cancel my received order? Unfortunately because of COVID-19 and the intimate nature of a pillowcase, we are currently not in a position to accept returns until further notice. We ask that you carefully review the images of items before placing an order and be sure you truly desire to make this purchase. We are also absolutely sure you will love your new essential “comfy blankie”. Other non intimate items can be returned for refund. Send your request via the Gramersi messaging system, and you will be provided with a return form.
Is there a refund for non received items? We issue a refund for products bought at a full price amount and if the 14 days of shipping are completed and you have not received your tracking details.
Is there a refund on discounted items? Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to an order bought at a discounted price .
