BioSure PRO Protective Nasal Spray is a microemulsion formula, that is applied as a plume of droplets rather than a squirt, so it creates a temporary physical barrier in your nasal passages that blocks the virus spike proteins from entering the cells ACE-2 receptors in your nose. This helps block the first step of infection at the main entry point and it also helps prevent the virus from multiplying that physically blocks airborne viruses from attaching to the cells in your nose.

The key ingredient is ELAH (Ethyl Lauroyl Arginine Hydrochloride), that has been safely and effectively used in a globally recognised mouthwash to block the growth of bacteria in the mouth.

How do I use the spray?

BioSURE PRO is a unique microemulsion, that is applied as a plume to make an even, effective barrier against airborne viruses.

You do not need to tilt your head back and you do not need to sniff when you apply. Simply remove the lid (and the clip if you use it) and tilt the bottle at an angle. Spray twice into each nostril and the you have that layer of protection for the next 6 hours. Reapply as required.

Does the BioSURE PRO Protective Nasal Spray protect against all variants of respiratory viruses?

Studies demontrate that BioSURE® PRO Protective Nasal Spray is effective against a number of viruses including RSV, common colds, influenzas (flus) and SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) delta and omicron variants. It also blocks Noravirus A which is a common viruses which causes sickness and diarrhoea in addition to flu-like symptoms.

Because the mode of operation is performed by the microemulsion formula being applied as a plume spray rather than a spray and forming an invisible physical barrier in the nose and nasopharynx, in principle it should provide protection against future viral mutations. We are performing ongoing clinical evaluations and studies and will continue these are as new variants of viruses evolve.

How much does it cost to protect myself with BioSURE PRO?

There are 400 sprays in each BioSURE PRO Protective Nasal Spray, which gives you 100 uses of 6 hours each. That’s 600 hours of protection per bottle! So that is under 15p per application and under 2.5p per hour of protection.

Who can use BioSURE PRO Protective Nasal Spray?

It’s suitable for ages 12 years and older.

If you are pregnant it is recommended you consult with a healthcare professional before use.

All of the ingredients in the BioSURE PRO Protective Nasal Spray are food safe, however this guidance is given as there has not been specific evaluations with pregnant women or children under the age of 12 years.

Is BioSURE PRO Protective Nasal Spray safe to use?

The key ingredient of BioSURE® Pro Protective Nasal Spray, is ELAH (ethyl lauroyl arginine HCL), which has been used in mouthwashes and as a food preservative for decades and enjoys a high safety profile. Extensive studies have shown that this ingredient metabolizes quickly into two safe compounds commonly found in human diets.

In our studies, BioSURE PRO has shown no side effects, dependencies from daily use or decrease in it’s efficacy from prolonged use.

Can I use BIoSURE PRO with other nose sprays, like hayfever prevention and decongestants?

BioSURE PRO is not a medicine and has shown no signs of cross-reaction with a broad range of medications and products.

If you are already using a prescribed or OTC nasal spray for allergies or similar, it is recommended that you apply this spray first and wait a couple of minutes before applying BioSURE PRO, as BioSURE PRO creates a physical barrier that could affect the effectiveness of your medicinal nasal spray.

We understand your privacy is important and everything is packaged and delivered in discreet, plain, grey polythene packaging. There are no indications as to the contents of your package. BioSURE Global Ltd will not appear on your credit card or bank statement.

All orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday (except Bank holidays) are dispatched on the same day via Royal Mail 24, which aims for a next day delivery. This is not a tracked or guaranteed service but more than 95% of orders are received next day.

Standard Postage is free for all UK orders over £25 or £3.95 for orders under £25.

We can also offer a Guaranteed UK Next Day Tracked Delivery before 1pm charged at £7.50. This postage method will require a signature. Unfortunately, due to the current COVID-19 situation, Royal Mail's special delivery before 1pm is not guaranteed at the moment, you can still purchase special delivery and there is a chance it does get to you next day but this is not certain. Thank you in advance for being understanding.

We also offer standard signed for delivery charged at £2.00. This postage method will require a signature.

  • Orders with Royal Mail 24 delivery should be delivered next day with normal post Monday-Friday.
  • Orders with Guaranteed Delivery placed Monday to Thursday before 2pm will be delivered the next day.
  • Orders with Guaranteed Delivery placed after 2pm on Thursday and before 2pm Friday will be delivered on Monday.
  • Orders with Guaranteed Delivery placed after 2pm on Friday and before 2pm Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Please note we cannot offer deliveries on Bank Holidays and your order will be delivered the next working day. Delivery over Public Holidays may be delayed.

HubBox Delivery Information

For HubBox deliveries please check your spam box for your confirmation code before contacting BioSure. You can simply use a photographic form of ID which matches the addressee on parcel to collect your item without this code.

International Delivery Information

Sometimes, depending on your address and what you are buying, there will not be a choice of delivery options. Orders placed for delivery to countries where we are not legally able to send to will be cancelled and payment refunded.

Postage for European deliveries costs from £10. There is an option of Tracked or Tracked and Signed for most countries and deliveries may take up to two weeks.


We regret we are unable to accept responsibility for undelivered and missing orders, that have not requested the Tracked and Signed delivery option.

Standard delivery can take up to 5 working days, if your order is yet to be delivered after this time please don't hesitate to contact us. International delivery can take up to 10 working days, if your order is not received after this time frame, please feel free to contact us.

We are happy to accept returns for unopened and undamaged tests if returned to our warehouse within 7 days of the order being placed.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error cannot be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
