Derived from the Camellia Sinensis plant Everything Matcha Beauty|Brew is 100% green tea leaves that have been ground into a fine powder. It is much more concentrated than regular green tea, as when consumed you are consuming the whole green tea leaf. Everything Matcha bushes are kept covered from sun exposure to increase the chlorophyll and amino acids levels in the leaves.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We believe that you would never require to return or cancel an order owing to our absolute quality assurance. But if to any unforeseen conditions an order needs to be cancelled or returned, we are here to support you out.

Your returns/cancellations will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of request or products back at our locations, only if order qualify for return.

Upon successful verification, your request for exchange/replacement or refund in the form of your original method of payment or credits will be commenced. Please note that we may not be able to exchange/replace products bought during sale or discount. Replacement/exchange is subject to product/ stock availability.

For payments done through credit/debit cards or PayPal, the refund will be processed back to the same account from which payment was made. Kindly to note the refund to reflect back in our account might 5-15 business days.

Orders/products which not qualified for Return:

Product has been altered, misused or used.

If the Product is harmed because of abuse by the client. To guarantee that the customer/client didn’t damage the content/product, the client/customer needs to give proof as confirmation of damaged product while unpacking the parcel. Any proof created/shared after 5 days of delivery will not be entertained.

In case you have received a damaged or wrong product, kindly follow these steps within 5 days of delivery of the order

Step 1: Contact our us through the Gramersi messaging system within 5 days of delivery of the order

Step 2: Tell us your reason for requesting return/refund/exchange/replacement with your order Number details.

Step 3: Within 2-4 business days, we will arrange pickup of the parcel and will initiate refund/replacement only if the product is provided to us in its original packaging along with all labels, barcodes and seals intact.
