Refund Policy

We want to give you the chance to return your order if it doesn’t meet your expectations. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

Please contact us through the Gramersi messaging system to initiate the process by sending us your order number, full name, and reason for return (we accept any reason for first time customers).

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not received back in its original condition. If you are unable to send the item in its original packaging, please make sure your alternative packaging is sturdy and well sealed.

Once your return request has been accepted, we will send you a label to print off that you must stick onto your product packaging. Please make sure the packaging is properly sealed and the label well attached and clear to see. Then, drop off your return package at your local post office. Once we receive and check the item(s), we will process the refund and send a confirmation email.

All items must be returned for us to process the refund – this means that if you buy a duvet set, the duvet cover and both pillowcases must be returned. If you send an incomplete item, we will not refund it or send it back, and the additional item’s return will have to be arranged at your own cost.
