Most commonly referred to as ‘shells’, Conchiglie Rigate cuddle sauces more than any other pasta due to the rigid outer and smooth, deep, cave-like interior. They are excellent with lighter sauces and those with chunky pieces. For our family, these shells are the basis for the most awesome twist on ‘Mac ‘n’ Cheese’; each pasta piece oozes cheese and those oh so cheeky bacon pieces seem to magically hide in the centres for an exhilarating crispy surprise.
The difference… locally milled wheat flour, traditional artisan techniques and a love for REAL pasta.
The taste is second to none. We dry our pasta slowly overnight at low temperatures to allow robust and wholesome flavours to develop.
The eating experience is sublime. We use traditional bronze dies to give our pasta that important rough surface that sauces cling to.
We produce a more sustainable and tastier British pasta. Our ‘family secret’ blend of locally milled wheat flours replace imported Durum semolina. And all of our pasta is packed in 100% recyclable paper bags. We are plastic free and run using solar power too.

We ship orders on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays on a Next day service.
Orders received up until 12pm Wednesday are shipped to arrive before the weekend.
Orders received after 12pm Wednesday may arrive Friday or Monday (Tuesday on a bank holiday).
The vast majority of orders will arrive within 2-3 working days but please allow 6 as we are a small team.Refund Policy
We stand behind our products and are strong believers in customer satisfaction and service, so with all domestic web purchases we allow 14 days period where you can return unwanted goods back to us in their original condition. We also accept returns for faulty goods 30 days from the date of receipt too. See specific product exclusions and disclaimers below.
If you have a problem please contact us within 28 days of receiving your order.
Although we do everything possible to ensure items are sent out in a perfect condition, very occasionally items may get damaged during transit. If an item in your order is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately stating that the item in question is faulty and send us a photograph of the item clearly showing the damage, so that we can resolve this for you.
If you believe you have been sent an incorrect item as part of your order (i.e. an item that differs to the one you ordered), please follow the same process and contact us via the Gramersi messaging system as soon as possible with a photograph of the incorrect item. If you do not receive all of the items that you have ordered please let us know so that we can look into this further to see if this may be arriving in a separate delivery. Depending on the circumstances we may ask you to return the item. In instances such as this, we will refund your return postage costs.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Refunds are made to the original method of payment used for your order usually within 10 business days of package receipt, excluding postage costs. If the item is returned due to faulty goods then the postage will be refunded also.
Additional fees will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories, and/or manuals (i.e. any product not in “sellable” condition).

We're sorry to advise that in most circumstances it is not possible to make changes to or cancel your order once it is placed. This includes making changes to delivery addresses.
