Our simple locking mechanism is designed for an easy switch from your old head to the new.

Our heads come in 3 different bristle strengths: Soft, Medium and Firm.

Our layered bristle profile allows for optimal cleaning of the mouth and lets you reach almost any tooth angle.

With TOOTH.PLAN.THREE you will receive 3x TOOTH.HEAD per delivery at your chosen frequency.

Our packaging is 100% recyclable, so can be disposed in your domestic recycling.

The bristles are recyclable (you may need to check with your local recycling facility if they accept bristles) and the body of the head is commercially compostable.

Shipping Policy

Products ordered from us will be delivered by our partners Royal Mail to addresses within the UK. Proof of delivery is only obtained under some circumstances.

Your product will be delivered within a few days of confirmation of your first order.

Actual delivery times can vary based on your location, and circumstances impacting delivery that are out of our control (including public holidays and force majeure scenarios).

You will not hold us liable for any delays that are out of our control.

You must report missing or undelivered deliveries promptly by messaging us through the Gramersi messaging system.

FAULTY PRODUCTS.

Nobody likes a faulty product, feel rest assured that this is extremely rare, however, it does happen from time to time. Please contact us via the Gramersi messaging system within 30 days of your purchase and we'll look into this for you. For us to resolve your issue quickly, please provide your original order number and a description or video/picture of the fault.

Used products cannot be returned or refunded, this is due to hygiene reasons. We can only accept returns on products when the item is faulty or in exceptional circumstance.

YOU'VE RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER.

Our team has a lot of orders to get through and every so often they might send out the wrong items (please forgive us). If you’ve received the wrong order, let us know by messaging us through the Gramersi messaging system.

If possible, attach a photo of the incorrect order you have received and state the item that’s missing and your original order number.

SALE ITEMS.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

SHIPPING.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
