We would be sorry if your order did not meet your expectations. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
To begin the process, please contact us through the Gramersi’s messaging system. We will need your order number, date of receipt, full name, and reason for return. Product images would also help the process.
Your returns/cancellations will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of request or products back at our location, and only if order qualify for return.
All items must be returned for us to process the refund or replacement. Replacement is subject to product/ stock availability.
Orders/products which do not qualify for Return:
- If the item has not been received back in its original condition including packaging i.e., there are no scratches or marks on the product and the product’s packaging has not used or damaged and the product is in a re-saleable condition.
- Product has been altered, misused or damaged.
- Any request of refund which is initiated after 14 days of order delivery
We take every precaution to ensure your product arrives to you as quickly and safely as possible, however in the event the return request is due to a faulty product, we will send you a label to print. Please make sure the packaging is sealed and secured and the label is appropriately attached and clear to see. Then, drop off your return package at your local drop point.
Please note, other than in the event of a faulty product, it is the customers' responsibility to cover the cost of return and we recommend that tracked postage is used and proof of postage is retained.
Upon receipt of the item(s) successful verification and check, we will process the exchange/replacement or refund in the form of your original method of payment or credits and send a confirmation email.
