In line with your statutory rights, we have a 14-day return policy. This means you have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your order and up to 14 days from the day you receive your order. To cancel you need to notify us by following the procedure below. You then have a further 14 days to return the product(s) to us.

Start a return if you've changed your mind

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please don’t just send the product back without first requesting a return.

To be eligible for a return, we must receive the item in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products plus any standard postage you paid. If you paid for a faster delivery, we will only refund the standard postage.

When returning items, we suggest you obtain a proof of posting and keep your tracking number for reference. You will need to pay the cost of returning the item to us.

Start a return for damaged / faulty items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we sort it out for you. We may be able to repair or exchange your item or offer you a full refund based on your original payment method in line with your statutory rights. Return of faulty items will be at our cost.

Refunds?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
