We currently deliver ambient food throughout the United Kingdom. Parcels are delivered to you by Royal Mail and DHL. Delivery times may vary due to stock availability, your delivery address and circumstances out with our control which may impact delivery by the delivery service provider
Hearth can choose to change the method of delivery at any time without prior notification and will not be liable for any delays in the delivery of parcels which are not within our control. It is the responsibility of customers to report any lost parcel to the delivery service provider or us within 7 days. Failure to comply will result in no replacement of the order.
