We aim to provide you with the quickest, smoothest delivery at all times. Normally this is 2 working days (48 hours) from ordering, via DPD.
For faster delivery and overseas orders, you can upgrade to next day delivery (24 hours) as long as you place your order with us by 1pm GMT for just £2.50. For overseas orders you can order through one of our approved online retail partners.
What happens after your order is placed
You will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
What happens if your product has not reached you within the promised time frame?
If you have any queries in regard to your order status, experience any delivery issues or it takes a longer to arrive than promised, please contact us via the Gramersi messaging system, and we will do all that we can to help.
Delivery and returns policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 28 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. You have 28 days from the date of purchase to return it to us. We do not accept unwanted returns outside of this period.
Please also note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging. Goods that have been damaged, defaced, or maltreated will be rejected by our returns department.
Damage upon arrival
We ask that all deliveries are inspected upon receipt for damage or defects, please report any damage to us within 7 days, but we advise you check your goods as soon as possible to avoid delays.
If items are visibly damaged on receipt, please sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly, or refuse delivery entirely to enforce an immediate return.
If it is discovered that goods are damaged after opening, please do not attempt to use and contact us immediately. Our team will act swiftly to correct any problems with your order and any replacement(s) will be shipped as quickly as possible.
Incorrectly supplied items
Upon receipt of your order you should immediately check the description on the packaging and paperwork matches what you have ordered. If you suspect the goods received to be incorrect or not matching your order or paperwork, please contact us within 7 working days of receipt.
Faulty goods within 1 years of purchase
Every mdlondon product is created to the highest standards and thoroughly checked before it is sent. For added peace of mind, all our electrical products are covered by our exchange policy up to 1 year from the date of purchase.
Faulty goods within 3 years of purchase
A further 2 years warranty can be added if the product is registered on the mdlondon website within 28 days of purchase.
In either case, If you need to return your mdlondon product due to a fault, we'll ensure the whole process is as simple and speedy as possible.
Fill in the online return form. Please fill in the returns form. This will help you to provide us with the details that will make your return process as fast and simple as possible.
Producing the return form. You will be emailed and given the option to print your returns form, we require that you include this with your mdlondon product.
You will also receive a postage paid label which you will need attach to the outer package.
Preparing the package. Place your mdlondon product in secure packaging, the original packaging and its contents are not needed.
In the package you will also need to include:
- A copy of your proof purchase *Original paperwork will be destroyed and not returned
- The printed Return Form
- Attach the pre-paid postage label to the outer of the package
Sending the package
- We highly recommend that you use a registered insured delivery service. This will allow you to keep track of your package.
- The package should be sent to the address on the pre-paid label produced at the end of the returns form process.
Will I have to pay for my mdlondon electrical product to be returned?
- Within the warranty period we will cover any return charges to UK addresses. Regrettably we are unable to cover any postage costs outside the UK.
