It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-5 business days to arrive in the UK. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
Your satisfaction is important to us! We have a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your Nereus London online purchase or it arrives damaged, simply return the unused portion and we will gladly issue a refund. We cannot offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally.

Your return or exchange request will be processed promptly.
Most returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Once received we will send an email confirming the receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.
We will refund the original form of payment to the original purchaser within 48 to 72 hours of receiving your return. We regret that we are unable to refund the original shipping charges.
In special cases, if you are returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of a portion or all of the duties and taxes from your local customs office. Contact that office directly for details.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for Nereus London product purchased at other retailers.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
