Once you place an order with us, we will send you an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it and we are processing it. ‘We’ may refuse to accept a transaction for any reason to anyone at any time at our sole discretion without any liability.
Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between us will happen when we email you a Dispatch Confirmation stating the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in England and the language of the contract is English.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the date on which you receive the goods by sending us a notice of cancellation in writing and returning the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us by email – Subject Line must include: Notice of Cancellation, Support Team or via our Contact Us form providing us with your order number.
