Delivery and Returns 

Delivery to Mainland UK  

 

- Standard Delivery £3.50 (2-4 days)

- 1st Class Delivery £4 (1 day aim)

- Special Delivery guaranteed by 1pm next day £9.00

 

 

Please note:  

- Orders will be sent Royal Mail. A signature may be required.

- Orders over 2kg will be sent via alternative method

- All payments taken in GBP £ and all orders are governed by UK law.

Deliveries Monday to Saturday 

Deliveries to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man may take longer to arrive (standard delivery 4-6 days) and only Monday to Friday deliver.

Lost and undelivered items 

The delivery service we use considers a parcel lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 working days for UK orders.

Often parcels don’t take this amount of time, however please note we are unable to dispatch a replacement or issue a refund until this period of time has elapsed. Should you have any queries relating to your deliver or order please contact us via the Gramersi messaging system.

Returns 

We are happy to offer a replacement on goods damaged in transit or sent in error. Please contact us via the Gramersi messaging system. An exchange or credit note is available for unopened, unused goods that are no longer required.

Please be aware that due to EU hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition. Goods must be returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 days.

All returns are at the expense of the purchaser. However, if goods are damaged in transit or you receive a product in error, we will refund shipping costs. We suggest using a recorded service to ensure safe return of the items. Please retain a proof of postage.

Under the ‘Sales of Goods Law’ we are not obliged to accept returns simply if you have changed your mind or no longer want the goods.

We are legally obliged to ensure your money is refunded within 30 working days of receipt of the return, however we will refund your product as quickly as possible by sending the money back to your original payment method and notify you on completion via email. Should your card have expired in the mean-time please contact us via the Gramersi messaging system.
