The Queen’s Grocer, Partridges – Launches Their Brand New Scented Candle Range

From the heart of Chelsea, Partridges (the world-renowned grocer to the Queen), – is excited to announce the launch of their brand new Scented Candle range, which will see a new addition to their existing ‘Chelsea Flower Collection,’ just in time for Mother’s Day.
The new candles (named ‘Partridges Scented Candles’) are lovingly handmade in London, using the finest essential oils, absolutes and eco-friendly hemp wax.
Their ‘Chelsea Blossom Candle’ contains essential oils of linden blossom, orange blossom, ylang-ylang, bergamot and orange. And, their ‘Chelsea Garden Candle’ contains essential oils of rose otto, carnation, rose geranium, patchouli and cedarwood.
Founded in 1972, by Sir Richard Shepherd (in the fashionable area of Sloane Street in Chelsea), Partridges is an independent, family owned food-store. They quickly gained a reputation for high quality food, and were granted a Royal Warrant as Grocers to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in 1994.
In 2012, Partridges launched their ‘Chelsea Flower Collection,’ which contains a range of upmarket groceries including floral teas, fudges, biscuits, a selection of gifts, and 2 types of gin to commemorate the historic association between the Kings Road flower nurseries, which date(s) back to the 17th Century, and the location of their Partridges’ flagship store, situated at Duke of York Square, Chelsea.
The collection includes:
- Gin (Partridges Original, and No. 2 Chelsea Flower Gin),
- Chelsea Flower Tea,
- Chelsea Flower Butter Biscuits,
- Chelsea Flower Fudge,
- And Chelsea Flower gifts, which includes a Chelsea Flower Tea Bag Tidy, a Chelsea Flower Tea Mug, a Chelsea Flower Tea Towel and a Chelsea Flower Shopper Bag.
Customers can also create beautiful gift hampers, boxes or Partridges gift bags containing these items both online, and in both of their London stores.
