As a husband and wife team, Ian and Andrea Clewett collaborate from their home office in Snowdonia.

With Ian’s expertise as a professional graphic designer for over 25 years, he creates the panel designs, the artwork, and he handles marketing, the website, and branding. Meanwhile, Andrea takes charge of sales, logistics, and administration – as well as ensuring the smooth running of orders.

Back in 2014, the pair bought a small slate cottage in South Snowdonia, but it needed some work, so they started to look at ideas for re-designing the small, dated bathroom – to make it feel bigger, and more airy.

Bored of tiles (and poor quality, fake marble-effect shower panels), they created their very first panels for the shower, with a floor to ceiling image of the beautiful mountains surrounding them – printed directly to exterior-grade material. The result was stunning, and it led to the creation of Showercape.
