Marlow London: The British Accessories Brand (Made In London)

‘Self love, empowerment, and positivity.’ Launched in 2016 by a Central Saint Martins graduate named Chloé, Marlow London is a UK handcrafted accessories brand.

Each product is made in Marlow London’s female-run factory in North London, where Chloé works with her makers to create products that last, using high-quality, Italian-sourced, naturally-dyed leather and durable CORDURA® ECO recycled canvas.

Their next collection will be made using recycled polyester Cordura fabric, and part-recycled PVC.

Marlow London are well-known for their signature Mini Totes, which are made-to-order – with customers working directly with Chloé to choose their bespoke cut-out message for a one-of-a-kind design.

As well as this, the brand also makes leather bracelets, which are made using off-cuts from their bag production, of which 20% of each sale is donated to a collective of charities, including Mind and The Prince’s Trust.

AND there’s been various high-profile collaborations over the years, including PUMA, Mata Marielle, Note To Self, HUNGER TV, Pepper Your Talk, and more.

“I launched Marlow London after graduating from Central Saint Martins. At the time, I was assisting at a handbag factory in London while interning for other designers and beginning a career as a fashion copywriter,” said Chloé.

“Like many graduates, I felt lost in the direction I wanted to take. I knew I wanted to create something that was an extension of the style I had been developing during my studies, but I also wanted to bring depth and meaning to the brand I would go on to start,” concluded Chloé.
