‘Super DC’ by Gusto: the Vitamin Drink to Bolster the Immune System

Award-winning drinks brand Gusto has launched the world’s first ‘grab and go,’ super-strength vitamin drink to bolster the Immune System, ‘Super DC.’

With a range of delicious and award-winning drinks to its name, Gusto presents two new functional drinks: 

  • Super DC Blood Orange (blends Sicilian blood orange juice with white grape to deliver a refreshingly zingy burst of citrus), and:
  • Super DC Blackcurrant and Elderberry (dark complex notes of elderberry that complement fresh tart blackcurrant juice, with a generous glug of apple juice to sweeten. Plus, a number of studies have found that elderberries can reduce cold and flu symptoms by several days).

The Super DC will be available from 16th November in 250ml grab and go cans, initially on Amazon.com and natural trade retailers across the country for £1.99.

In the midst of the ongoing Covid pandemic and winter around the corner, we need now more than ever to strengthen and keep a sturdy immune system. 

Which is what motivated Gusto’s founder to create Super DC. The idea was born out of the darker moments of lockdown in Spring 2020. Whilst on a lunch with a friend, Gusto’s Chairman Craig Sams, had been talking about the gaping hole in the market for a product that supports the immune system.

Packed to the brim with high strength vitamins D and C, together with vitamins A, K, Zinc and Folic Acid, Super DC is designed to deliver a daily vitamin boost and keep your immune system intact all year round, all of that for less than 60 calories per can.

High in antioxidants, Super DC contains a super dose of Vitamin D (200% RI) and Vitamin C (2500% RI) known for their immune boosting properties, hence its DC name!
