We’re Gramersi – the digital publisher – specialising in consumer and retail start-up news, video content, and events.
We’re proud to have worked with the likes of War Paint For Men, smol, Posey Yoga, Tropic Skincare, M+LK PLUS, Dr Tara Lalvani (Beautifect), and more.
Based in London and Leeds in the UK, Gramersi was founded in 2020 by George Taylor and Ashley Gibbs, with Laurene Rey-Millet joining the team shortly after launch.
We’re looking for a 4th Co-Founder with a strong marketing, PR and events background to help us take the brand (and platform) to the next level.
Up until now, we have ONLY focussed on the news, events and video content side of the business – but moving forward, we have ambitious plans to take things to the next level. In a matter of months, we’ll be rolling out our new platform, which will move us beyond just news. This new platform will provide us with revenue and growth, through a disruptive new concept.
We’re currently pre-revenue and pre-investment, but our traffic and online presence is growing quickly. We are willing to offer sweat equity to the right partner, who wants to take over the marketing side of the business.
Required:
- Has 5+ years’ experience in marketing, PR and events.
- Can manage a team, delegate and recruit staff.
- Is ambitious and hungry for success.
- Has a ‘hard graft’ work ethic and doesn’t give up too easily.
- Is experienced with YouTube and YouTube growth.
- Is a social media whiz.
- Has good design skills.
- Is a PPC/SEO whiz.
- Has experience within PR and events.
- Can build landing pages for PPC campaigns.
Desired, but not essential:
- Has started a business.
- Has experience in the startup, or retail sector.
- Can host/record VODcasts.
- Can edit videos.
- Can write news articles.
Our Goals:
- To grow our YouTube channel significantly.
- To grow our events.
- To grow our readership.
- To grow our newsletter.
- To launch our new platform.
