Beauty Hygiene Plus is a unique range of four cleaning and sanitising devices for your makeup tools. The products enable you to clean and sanitise your makeup brushes, tweezers, eyelash curlers, makeup sponges, and powder puffs.

Each product is distinctly different, especially designed, and together, – they create a simple, yet effective mix and match, user-friendly system for making your daily makeup routine cleaner, and more hygienic.

Beauty Hygiene Plus’ packaging is fully-recyclable, and uses cartons from FSC-certified cards, which supports the wellbeing of the world’s forests. Their bottles are recyclable, and are made from 100% ocean bound plastic. Their products are vegan, and are fully accredited by The Vegan Society, and PETA (The People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals), – the charity dedicated to establishing and protecting the rights of all animals.

Beauty Hygiene Plus’ Founder, Antonia Hawke’s journey to launching the brand started over a decade ago, when she decided to take some well-deserved time out from her high-flying corporate career, – to look at new opportunities that would both fulfil her, and provide her with a creative outlet.

Armed with a wealth of experience gained in the world of luxury goods and services with blue chip companies (including LVMH, and the Emirates Group), AND an international outlook from living and working in New York and in the Middle East, – Antonia first enrolled at the Jemma Kidd Makeup School, which ignited her artistic vision.

It was here (whilst working alongside other beauty professionals) that she quickly recognised the need for simple, effective, and affordable hygiene solutions for makeup tools. Antonia continued to train over the next six months as a professional makeup artist whilst researching the market, and one year later, her professional brand, The Pro Hygiene Collection®, was born.

Now, just three years after launching, her brand is endorsed by the award-winning make up artist, Lisa Armstrong.

In 2018, came along Beauty Hygiene Plus’ Co-Founder, Neil Slade. Neil, a businessman and entrepreneur with over 20 years’ director-level experience in the luxury, automotive and lifestyle sectors, – immediately saw the potential of the brand, and joined the company as Managing Director. Together, they launched what is now known as Beauty Hygiene Plus.

Our products are not about taking away any of the fun, glamour, feel-good factor or sheer joy that beauty and makeup brings to users, – they are simply there to take away the risks,” explained Antonia. “Our credibility lies in the fact that so many international cosmetics brands including the likes of LVMH and the Shiseido Group (as well as numerous educators and makeup artist)s have used our professional collection for the past 10 years,” she added.

Hygiene has always been an essential part of my day to day working practice to avoid spreading harmful bacteria onto clients. With the new Beauty Hygiene Plus range, cleaning and sanitising your personal brushes, makeup, beauty tools and sponges is quick and easy! It’s time to take your beauty hygiene seriously, and Beauty Hygiene Plus will help you introduce a new daily beauty hygiene routine,” said Make up artist, Lisa Armstrong.
