When you have a baby to dress, one that grows quickly, we know how frustrating high postage costs can be, so we're setting our postage costs at £2.50 per order, which will be sent out via Royal Mail, second class. Orders over £40 will receive free postage. You can also choose to upgrade your delivery for an additional fee.

- Next day delivery - £10.00
Do you offer international delivery?
Unfortunately at this time we don't offer international delivery. If this is something you're interested in, send us a message and let us know - if there's enough demand, it's something we'll definitely look into.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will refuse a refund for items that do not meet this criteria.
To complete your return, please contact us through the Gramersi messaging system, stating your order number and reason for your return. We will send you a returns label which you will need to print and affix to your packaged returns. You can post this at any UK post office. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please double check your bank or credit card company including your pending transactions. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you still haven't received the refund, please contact us through the Gramersi messaging system with your order number and we'll look into this for you.
Sale items (if applicable)
Our standard returns policy applies to sale items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or if you require a different size. To complete your exchange, please contact us through the Gramersi messaging system within 30 days of your order date, stating your order number and reason for your exchange, including photographic evidence of any defects. We will send you a returns label which you will need to print and affix to your packaged returns. You can post this at any UK post office. Please ensure you retain proof of postage.
We understand that items bought as gifts don't always fit or aren't quite right for another reason. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. Please follow the same procedure as for returns, but in your email, confirm the purchaser name and the delivery name and address.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Bibevie Ltd, PO Box 383, NORTHWOOD, HA6 9HL. This information will be on the returns label emailed to you when you request a return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Shipping is at your risk, and we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You remain liable for your product until we have confirmed receipt, so we recommend tracked postage.
